If you use our integrations with third-party services (e.g., Google Docs, Google Drive, GitHub, Slack, Discord, Supabase), you authorize us to store necessary access tokens, cookies, or other credentials required for the integration to function. By using these integrations, you acknowledge that we may access data within those connected services as needed to provide the features you use. Your use of third-party services through our integrations is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those respective services.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
If you subscribe to our paid services, you agree to provide accurate payment information (e.g., credit card details). We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Your payment information is subject to the privacy policies and terms of our payment processors. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a. Service Availability: Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Services may be temporarily or permanently shut down without notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or shutdowns.
b. AI Model Limitations: Our services utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies. LLMs are probabilistic and may generate incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. The AI may perform actions that could inadvertently delete, modify, or otherwise affect your data. You use these features at your own risk.
c. No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
d. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlavisAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, including any potential damage or loss of data caused by AI actions.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KlavisAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination and Abuse
We reserve the right to terminate our service to anyone without any advanced notice and refund. We also reserve the right to define and identify abuse and misuse of our platform and take legal actions against you.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of California and State of Washington and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
